The RedMEN of Movember

Roberto Moreno:  A constant source of inspiration and information for the staff at Redman, part-owner Roberto is always challenging us to do more, learn more, and be better. Roberto is an active member of the community and is certainly no stranger to hard work.When asked who his “Mo” role model would be, he answered “Pancho Villa, of course!”

If your not familiar with Pancho Villa, he was a Mexican revolutionary, who’s story would blow your socks off! Roberto’s baby face, will quite possibly undergo the most dramatic change throughout Movember and we will look forward to watching it all play out!

Mike Baldock: As the VP of Sales and Marketing, Mike was all over Movember.  Mike jumped at the chance to focus his professional talents on promoting the prevention, education, and research of Prostate cancer.

Mikes “Mo” will be kicking it atop his lip Magnum PI style, for the month of Movember! This is no easy feat Ladies and Gentlemen, thats a lot of hair to grow in a month,  but theres no doubt that our Man Mike will do us proud!

Mark Jooste: It’s no surprise that as the Creative Director Mark wanted to take part in something as epic as Movember! But, when we dug a little deeper, we learned that Mark’s grandfather underwent radical surgery to survive prostate cancer. Movember was a no brainer for Mark.

When asked who Marks “Mo” inspiration was going to be, he answered:

“I actually have no idea how the stache will come in, so I am really going in blind. But in an Ideal world i will go for the Zappa or the Santana “

Sean Ouimet: As an active member/leader of MULTIPLE clubs, organizations, and committee’s Sean’s dedication is something that is admired by everyone in the office.  When we asked our Product Development Director why he felt it was important to contribute to Movember, he told us:

“Cancer awareness, regardless of the type, is always a good reason to participate in something like Movember. Pink accessories and products have been helping to promote breast cancer awareness with great success in recent years, but it is important to help the public to be reminded of the other treatable cancers that are out there too.”

Sean’s “Mo” muse: Clark Gable

Nick Abboud:  All lover of all things music and a pillar in our development team, Nick has decided that he will channel Davie Bowie when cultivating his “Mo”.  When we talked to nick about why he chose to participate this is what we got:

“I was once kidnapped and brainwashed by a Magnum PI-worshipping cargo cult. I escaped and recovered, but for one month every year the memories come flooding back.”    Um…. Thanks Nick 🙂

Jeff Van Alstine:  As Redman’s resident “Stache” Jeff is no stranger to facial hair.  Movember allows Jeff, one of our top developers,  to hone his craft and use his powers for good!  His inspiration for this particular “Stache” will be a biker, so we can be sure to expect a wild “Mo Do” come November 30^th!

Koszu:  After being rescued from a shelter and brought home by Elisse (Heine), Koszu found her forever home at Redman. This is one saucy lady and she rocks a killer  stache like no other  woman could. Koszu say’s NO to prostate cancer…enough said.

Lumi: As the newest member of the Redman team, Lumi definitely has the most to learn. She can often be found on timeout, but she is learning quickly. When not on timeout Lumi enjoys hugs and cuddles, maybe a nibble or two. Lumi will charm her way into your heart and hopes to use that charm to spread the word about Mens Health Issue’s!
