Testimonials are a great way to demonstrate your success rate, the satisfaction clients have had when working directly with you, as well as, the style and way that you accomplish and get business done. Testimonials have typically always been “read” – as this is usually the way in which one would receive a testimonial from a client.

That being said, there is definite value in improving the impact of your testimonials by adding an image (ex. of your clients at their new home) or better yet, capturing your clients happiness and joy on their latest sale via a Real Estate Testimonial video.

Video is an extremely powerful online tool – for the very fact that people can see and hear the emotion and enthusiasm of the person speaking. A video can impact your testimonials greatly – as it is a true representation of capturing your clients joy! When is it a great time to capture a testimonial on video? You could:

– film the moment you tell your buyer’s that they got the house and capture their excitement

–  film your seller putting the “sold” sticker on the sign followed up by a testimonial

– the day your buyer gets possession of their new home

– a month after they move in (re-cap of the experience) and let them give  a tour of the new home they are settled into

Whatever, moment you choose – make sure it is a time when a client will show genuine happiness and excitement.
