Topics covered in the guides ranged from ownership rights to home security and selling strategies. To make the guides effective and usable, Redman split the guides into chapters and sections labeled on a right-sided navigation found on every page. To give their clients access to the latest MLS® listings for rural and acreage properties, custom search options were added to two key areas. Widgets nested in a sleek slider allow users to search listings with specific attributes including lot size in acres and properties closest to specific towns or areas. In the main navigation, links to search forms for specific areas were added to give clients effortless access to search those listings. By adding the searches to the main navigation TheTeam.Com is able to showcase a unique resource for their site.
